Registration Information

  1. Apply to ALCC well in advance of your start date to allow for visa processing, university application and homestay placement.
  2. Please take advantage of our online applications for our English programs and other services. You can find this at www.alcc.ca.
  3. Fill out the service application form if you need us to help you in applying for university, arranging a homestay family or airport pick up.
  4. To complete the registration process, you must complete the application form, pay the registration fees, submit a copy of a valid passport and either complete a placement test or submit the results of a recent language proficiency test.
  5. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an invoice for the registered classes and services.
  6. You can pay these fees by cash, personal check, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, debit, or email money transfer. Banking and other payment information can be found on the application form.
  7. After receiving the payment of fees for your registered classes, ALCC will send your receipt and official letter of acceptance via e-mail.
  8. All homestay applications should be made at least one month before your arrival to ensure enough time to process your request. ALCC cannot guarantee that all homestay preferences will be met.
  9. Please confirm your flight information at least one week before arrival if you wish us to arrange an airport pick up. You will receive a written confirmation with the name of the person you will need to contact in case there is a sudden change in your travel arrangements.
